    PRICES AND PAYMENT
    The price of the Product(s) excludes value added tax. Shipping costs are regulated as stated in our shipping info. The price of the Product does not include additional import taxes and costs, as specified in our shipping policy.
    Despite Our best efforts, a small number of the items on our site may be mispriced. We will verify pricing when processing Your Order and if We have made a mistake and a Product’s correct price is higher than the price on the website, We may either contact You to request whether You want to continue with the purchase at the correct price or cancel Your order. If a product’s correct price is lower than Our stated price, We will refund You the difference and send You the product.
    Payment is processed through Pelecard or PayPal. When You place an Order, You expressly authorize Us to charge from Pelecard or PayPal the price of the Product. In case We incur any additional cost or expense (such as, for instance, those provided in our Shipping Policy and Cancellation Policy), You expressly authorize Us to charge you any such cost or expense. Any refund, as stated in these Terms, will be also made to the said Pelecard or PayPal Account given by You.]
    When using a PayPal Account in relation to an Order You guarantee to Us that You are the holder of such PayPal Account or that You are in any case authorized to use it. You shall not use any PayPal Account that does not belong to You or for which You have no authorization. You shall indemnify and not hold Us responsible or liable for any consequence arising out of any unauthorized use of the PayPal Account by You.
    You agree that the invoice be sent to You by e-mail. Please print the invoice for Your records.
    You acknowledge that the use of the Service may be subject to the payment of fees to third parties, subject to their terms and conditions; We shall not be responsible for any costs associated with operating the Service, including the purchase and use the internet connection.
    SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME
    The shipping terms and delivery time of our Product(s) is subject to our shipping policy as may be amended by Us from time to time, which constitute an inseparable part of this Agreement, available at

    Shipping is available to most countries.
    Shipping costs are calculated based on: (1) the products that are being delivered, (2) the shipping address based on the country of your residence. The exact price for shipping to your country will be displayed at checkout.
    Shipping times are estimated and are to be used as a guide only. We will do our best effort to ship the products to you within 5 – 7 days from the date of the order confirmation.
    Shipping is not made directly by us, but by a third party – an international courier services.
    Deliveries can take longer than expected due to custom’s clearance procedures in certain countries. In case of delay due to customs, you will be notified either by us or directly through the relevant shipping company, and may be requested to assist in order to release the package. We are not responsible for any delays in the delivery or any expenses due to customs, security process or an act of God.
    Please note that additional import taxes may apply based on the country of your residence.     Any import taxes or any other costs incurred in connection to import as well as custom clearance are at your own care and expense.
    We are not liable for any damage, delay, cost or expense arising out of or related to shipping. If you had received a damaged item, please contact us immediately at soupport@kapandrianet.com
    If your package cannot be successfully delivered for reasons that derive from you – such as, providing wrong address or other contact information, failure to schedule a delivery, absence at the shipping address when delivery is attempted, non-compliance with import regulations, etc. – it is possible that your package will be resent back to us and additional costs or expenses will arise. In such case, you will be required to bear such costs or expenses and we will contact you to reschedule an additional delivery at your own expense.
    Delivery options:
    “Signature required” – applies for all orders with Truecost devices. Your delivery will be scheduled. US shipments require an adult signature at the delivery address (someone at least 21 years old). Shipments to other countries – courier services may obtain a signature from someone at the delivery address, a neighbor, building manager or someone at a neighboring address.

  • Return Policy
    Returns policy (ON WEBSITE)

    We have a 15-day hassle-free return policy.

    If you are unsatisfied by your purchase for any reason, let us know via email to support@kapandrianet.com within 30 days of your purchase confirmation email. Once we receive and confirm your return request, we will ask you to simply return the package to our warehouse. You will be charged a processing fee of 5% of the total amount of the order. Please note that the shipping costs are non-refundable.

    For example: If you purchase a Truecost device for $250 and pay US shipping costs of $7, should you decide to return the products within 30 days, you will receive a refund of $237.5 (after deducting the 5% return fee).

    In case the return is due to product defect, no cancellation or shipping fees shall apply.

    Shipping

    Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours from the order date, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise specified. Shipping times will vary depending on the delivery location.

    Cancelling an order

    If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at support@kapandrianet.com and provide your order number and full name. Provided your package has not been shipped by the time we receive your request; you will receive a full refund.

    If your package has already been shipped (or delivered), your cancellation will be treated as a return (see our Return Policy above).



    In case of return, we advise to pack the products in their original packaging. Make sure to include all original accessories.

    We will send you an email confirmation once we receive your return package. Your payment will be refunded after deducting relevant costs, if any (see above under Return Policy).

    We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized returns, namely returns done without contacting us in advance as per our Policy.

The app keeps track of these things, sends alerts when needed and can send an SMS to your phone. In addition, users can send SMS to any number, at any time through the app.
